Ordered 2 bowls of the new potato bacon and chicken soup and a club wrap through uber today.New soup tasted good but it's a thin soup and under salted.Chicken wrap had lots of chicken with tomato, lettuce and cheese wrapped in a white tortilla. Wish they would offer whole wheat tortilla for a healthier option.It was a very nice lunch for 2.Delivery guy complained to me he had to wait 20 mins for staff to hand him my order which was waiting on your shelf. He said you are short staffed working harveys and swiss chalet and ver disorganized.Fyi I did wait 55 mins.UpdateOrdered fish and chips and chicken sandwich with bowl of soup today. Fish and chips over cooked and very greasy, they also forgot the tarter sauce and chalet sauce.Chicken sandwich good but they forgot to include the bowl of soup.What a disappointment, again not checking the mobile order info to ensure everything in the bag. My husband is sick he really needed the soup.

Head office needs to visit this unprofessional, subpar customer service place. The floors were wet and i almost fell. No signs the entire floor is wet. Kind of wished i fell because then I could have sued them. The waitress came and asked me what I want, i said please give me a min. She came back after 20min. I sat and waited. Red wine was served in an absolutely filthy filthy unclean wine glass. Finger prints inside and outside. Not impressed at all with store, and waitress.

The Cheese Perogies and Smoky BBQ Rib Sandwich are recommended.Kids' meals portions are good.The pizzas were burnt, and the kids didn't enjoy it.

it was a cold snowy evening, we decided to eat out. Specially something from the Canadian cusine.we visited Swiss chalet, we are four and the restaurant was quite busy and occupied.The ambience was great and carried a fresh look. We ordered shrimp rice and chicken and some sweet potato fries. we also ordered white meat chicken with Ceaser salad.i tasted almost every dish and enjoyed the meal.The shrimps was well cooked and marinated the chicken though lacked the flavours a bit.overall the experience was good and felt worth a try.

Anita is our new favorite server. She's great with our kids and has amazing customer service. We've come the last three Tuesdays and got her everything and hope to continue having her in the future

I ordered double leg meal online for take out from this location because it is near to my house. When I take home the food. The chicken was not fresh at all it tasted not good the bun they gave was stale and rice also taste very bad. This location of swiss chalet not providing fresh food for take outs they are providing all stale and garbage food. I wasted my 19$ in the garbage I through all food because it was not at all good to eat. I am never going to order food from this location again and please avoid this location if you do not want to waste your money

I always try to order online and can never pay. I now understand that banks and debit won't approve payments to Swiss Chalet, seems to be a security concern. Its a pain. So instead of delivery I pick up and pay. I order so little from them because of this. Food was ok, but they don't get my business because of this

I had to post a review because our service was wonderful. My waitress' name was Anita, and her service was top-notch. Could not have asked for anybody else. Will be back again.

Great place, the server was very proficient, and attentive to us. The food was Swiss Chalet food, but I did really enjoy their fries on that visit.I'd recommend this location for a nice meal with the family.
