The Jerk House
The Jerk House catered an engagement party for us and we could not have asked for a better experience. The food was fantastic (the gravy received rave reviews) and working with the team was a breeze. They went above and beyond by providing menu options that would satisfy everyone and called before they left to see if we needed warmers for the food. I would recommend The Jerk House to anyone looking to spice up their menu for a large gathering.

Got the jerk chicken lunch special, good size portion and absolutely delicious! Super tender and flavorful chicken, the rice was great and had some gravy/sauce on it that makes it even better. Surprisingly enough, the coleslaw is kinda terrible, but you don't really need it, the meal is still great without it.

Great spot for Caribbean foodBeen a number of time always greatThe curry is real nice and the jerk is smokey, rice and peas (kidney beans) are cooked just right and the hot sauce is nice as well, the new large size portion is a great addition.Greeted with a smile when I enter,Staff is very personable and friendly.My go to spot on my weekly trip to Durham region

This was a hard one new location the food is avg.Needed a bit more gravy on the rice I performed the jerk chicken more then the fried chicken.The fried chicken was too dry for my taste.The hot sauce was too sweet please have somthing a bit more spicy.I will give them another try in the near feature, okay for durham as I am comparing this locations to the once in Scarborough.Food quality also seemed to be a bit on the lower side for the price.Need to rebalance the food portion or the price.

I ordered Jerk chicken with Rice and coleslaw, got curry goat gravy on the topping, the portions were great, the food was yummy, I loved the Sorrel, their signature juice. The family who served the food was very welcoming. Thank you for the best Caribbean food. Will visit soon.

Everything I've had from here to date has been so tasty. The jerk pork is juicy and flavourful. The value and quantity for the lunch special is perfect. And the housemade hot sauce is so good. Not too spicy, good flavour. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is always clean. I will keep coming back here for my jerk cravings.

Food is great! Jerk pork sandwich is to die for! I had the corn soup, and this place should be the new Corn Soup King of the GTA! Great place, good pricing, service is amazing and food is absolutely mouth watering! Will buy again!
