Great service and food. Went on a weekend, still got a table right away. Our server was great! Food was really good. Only problem is menu is little small. Otherwise recommended

Me and my colleague went out to have lunch today at the Erin Mills location. Upon entering we were greeted by Huron. He is very polite, attentive, and cares about the customer's requests. His service was quick and he even asked us how everything was.Huron is an asset to your business and he should be recognized for his impeccable service.Now comes the food part. The food we ordered was fresh and was served to our table in a timely manner. Burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. French fries tasted good.All in all we were very pleased to have lunch at this location. We will definitely be coming back with more guests.

+Added a ⭐ for tough timesPros:- our server was excellent, or at least trying her best within her capacityCons:- It's world cup time, you can watch but not hear the game- Friday lunch, extremely understaffed (which is not the sever's fault). Attempted to get water for half hour, we gave up. Attempted to pay the bill for half hour. It was impossible to reach our server, ended up walking to the bar to catch her before she disappeared again. They couldn't retrieve the machine either for a long time.- Check out the nachos pic. At over $30 post tax, you'd expect something either amazing on or gigantic. But it ended up being a $9.99 plate. That was a huge let down. Ordered chicken, there was at most just 1oz in it.

The customer service wasn't that great, but the food was reasonable. Am not a fan of nachos but they serve the best nachos. I love their dessert more than the main tbh.

Timely service. My partner had their French onion burger and I had the chicken fettuccini pasta (substituted with shrimp), was delish. Our only qualm was with the bang bang shrimp app, while the portions were nice, it was a tad on the salty side. Otherwise was a good dinner :)

This was a repeat visitAmbience 5/5Music this time was not as peppy thoughFood 5/5Service 5/5I like this place , they have a nice feel to it! The food is good slightly on the higher side but i recommend you try it out!We ordered the chicken quesadilla with guacamole plus the turtle wings as starters and both were great !For mains we had Hunters chicken and the four cheese penne! enjoyed it too!The kids meal with chicken fingers had fries which could have been crispier !They serve carrot sticks , cucumber rounds and apple slices complimentary for the children along with a glass of juice or milk!The complimentary toy chest keeps the kids excited and it is a great idea! Kudos to the owners Paul and Sumanth , thoroughly nice gentleman and focused on good customer experienceOur server Ryan was friendly and helpful !PS i would not recommend their cosmopolitan drink though and for the beer their 18 oz size makes more economic sense

EDIT: I am editing my review to reflect my latest visit in May 2023. My original four star review from 9 months earlier is now at the bottom. My comment on the excellent food and super slow service from that review still stand.Regarding our latest visit, the food was amazing, but the service was very slow again. Our waiter was friendly, and I don't think the issue was him. He was also manning the bar, and it was obvious he was too busy to also be waiting on tables. We waited forever to place our orders, for our table to be cleared of dirty dishes, for drink orders all night long, and to get our bills when asked. It's clear the restaurant isn't well managed. The icing on top, and the reason I will never step foot in this establishment again, is the unprofessional owner who was drunk after throwing back tons of shots all night at the bar, and who literally had a screaming match with a customer. The owner was cursing and calling the customer to come outside for an actual brawl. He TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF and yelled things like; I'll take all three of you on" and calling the customers all kinds of colourful names. He had more ego than brains
